If you have a PPO insurance, do not go here. The front and back office run a scam to steal your money. They claim to verify your insurance but they don't. Here's my story: by the time I started going to this office in Aug 2021 my deductible and co insurance was already paid in full for the year. So technically I shouldn't have to pay anything for the visits. When I was told by the office manager I had to pay *** co pay every visit the office manager said that it was what my insurance company was showing that I owed. So I paid *** from Aug 2021 to Dec 2021. Jan 2022 surprisingly I had to pay my annual deductible in full ***** in order to be seen. I was having concerns with my pregnancy so I had to be seen. The office manager told me that they bill the insurance company a global maternity billing and at the end of my pregnancy if there is any refund I will receive a refund. Well, they never notified my insurance company that my deductible was paid in full so all other medical bills that are coming in I have to pay because technically my deductible isn't paid. On top of that they billed my insurance company after my child was born and got paid in full and have yet received a refund from them. I called the offices and no manager will call me back. So there is some sort of insurance fraud going on with this office manager and I am going through sources to have an investigation started. This office caused so much for stress on me during my pregnancy than needed. Dr Meyers is great but the office staff needs to be reconstructed because they are terrible.
