On March 1st, a crew from this company arrived on our street early on trash day last week. They were hired by my next door neighbor. I had not yet put out our trash cans that morning because the one can I needed to put out, wouldn't be picked up until later. Had I known this company was going to be here, I would've put our cans out early. One of their trucks blocked the spot where I put our cans, despite there being room in front of our neighbor's house - so I had to put it somewhere else (our driveway). While I was doing this, the tree crew was loitering in the neighbor's driveway and one of them yelled at me while I was placing the can. I ignored him and walked back inside. This was about 730am, and one trash truck had just come by. Well I go back out about 8am, and I catch one of the tree guys bringing OUR trash can back across the street - he had apparently waited until I went inside to take OUR can across the road. I demanded an explanation and he said it was because we had missed the trash truck. At this point I had to explain to him this wasn't true - the one truck he was referring to, wasn't there to pick up the can that I put out. I explained I was upset that he did this without our permission and I was going to call his boss, which I did, however I was put on hold by the company and nobody ever got back on the phone to discuss this. It seems like every time this tree company comes to our next door neighbors' house, we have a problem with them. They are abusive and unprofessional, and I want a promise that they will leave our trash cans and other parts of our property alone, stop harassing us, & stop parking in front of our place, esp on trash day.
