On December 29, 2023, I made a down payment to Valley Auto Center for a used 2015 Jeep Renegade. On June 14, 2024, I get a call from them saying that the title of my vehicle has been pending at the state DMV office. They offered to trade the Jeep for another vehicle on their lot. When I went to the local DMV office, I was told that the title has been pending since March of this year. Now I am wondering why I was not told about this for 3 months time. I do not wish to exchange the vehicle. I want to return it with my money back if it should not have been sold to me in the first place!

Valley Auto Center submitted the completed transfer documents to the ********** of ***** Vehicles.  The *** local office has sent the documents to ********** to complete.  A registration was issued to **************** and the title will be issued to the finance company, ******************* once the *** in ********** has completed processing the documents.  Valley Auto Center submitted the documents to *** as required.  **************** does not appear to understand the situation.  The vehicles has been registered in his name; once completed the title will be issued to his finance company.  He is the registered owner of the vehicle.

We had purchased the car in April and in May they started calling me that the contract was wrong so I went to pick up the paperwork. I told them that my father was in the hospital. He had just had a stroke. His start heart has stopped working for 9 seconds. He had just had surgery. He had a pacemaker put in. They told me that they needed those paper signed or they were going to take the car away from us. So the manager had me drive back and forth four times to the hospital to my house to the dealership to get the paperwork to have my mother and my father sign it. My dad just came out of surgery under anesthesia. They did not care. They still had him sign the paperwork. Each time they signed a new contract they changed the mileage. I was not aware of that. My car started breaking down and I called because I purchased warranty and in less than 3 months they told me that my warranty was not valued because I had already drove in the car more than $****** miles in less than 3 months I do not work. I'm disabled. I only use the car for doctor's ************* It is impossible that I drove ****** mi in less than 3 months. The mechanic is in cahoots with the dealer. Please you need to stop these people. Scamming people like this. They are professional con artist. The owner when I first talked talk to him. He told me that he was a silent owner and he didn't have anything to do with what goes on in his dealership. One side threatened a lawsuit and threatened to make reports to the battle business bureau. Then he wanted to fix the actions but he really didn't do anything. But give me the runaround. I'm trying to warn people to stay away from this business. This business is shady. They treat you like family but it's a lie because family wouldn't rip off people like that. Family wouldn't have you signed documents after you just had surgery. This is the most corrupt dealership I have been to. I can't believe they are getting away with this stuff. Somebody needs to put a stop this.

We are unable to locate this customer in our data base.  We have numerous customers by the name of ***************  If there was another individual who signed the contract, it would help locate the transaction.  Also, the year, make and model of the vehicle.  I cannot respond without this information.

I bought this car in April of 2022 with my mother in law and since i have owned it it has given me problems. The first issue occurred may when water was getting into my car through the sunroof. I contacted the dealership and the person whom sold me the car **** and he said the car is my responsibility and theres nothing he could do. The second issue is he sold me the car with a bad transmission. I was told this car was reconditioned and repaired and ready to drive. Since Ive been driving the car the transmission has been slipping. I called **** at the dealership in September about this again he relieved himself of any responsibility. The third issue is **** sold me a car with a low mileage warranty and the car had high mileage. I have tried time and time again to return this vehicle but he keeps relieving himself of the situation and I just need someone to help me because I have taken this car to a repair shop and had 4 separate transmissions installed in this vehicle (2016 **** Taurus). Im running out of money please help me take this vehicle back to the dealership and relieve me of this auto loan. Im stuck with a lemon and **** should take this hunk of junk back. This is bad businessI want my money back that I paid on this loan and the $1000 my mother in law put down on the car as a down payment. As well as the money I have spent on repairs. This is ridiculous!! Please help me Please email me asap I need something done about this. My car transmission is broken down!!! I cannot af**** another..

As clarification, the service contract was for ****** miles.  As the customer was employed by Door Dash, I suspect the problem is he has exceeded the ****** miles.

I spoke to **** and he only had a record of one call from the customer.  Four transmissions is excessive.   I would question the mechanic who put in four transmissions that did not work.

Please provide miles and receipts for transmissions.

09/05/2021 I purchased a vehicle for goods for the household and family from Valley Auto Center who forged my co-signer signatures on the agreement. They sold me a yellow 2013 Chevy Camaro with a high interest rate of 22.9% . Somehow my co-signer who had a 800 or higher credit score became the buyer & I became the co-signer on contract and at the time I had a 450 credit score.this finance charge ******** if interest is 22.99% then interest should be approximately ****** of ******* each month **** should from the monthly payment of ***** I pledged my security interest to cover all obligations due & Credit Acceptance denied all my written notices informing them about the matter and also denied my acquisition form ****** which I was in good faith trying to cancel such debt. Both companies has harassed me, destroyed my financial gain, destroyed my household, I lost my family, and became homeless due to Credit Acceptance repeatedly furnishing negative information to financial institutions. These are proof of the fraudulent behavior Valley Auto Center, repeatedly forging my co-signer name on 10 separate documents.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/18) */ Attached is a digital photo of the signer ********* signing the documents for the sale of the vehicle. In our file we have the driver's license of ********* as proof that this, in fact, is the individual in the photo who signed the contract. Also attached is a digital picture of Taron Call acknowledging that the contract had been disclosed to him upon signing. This customer is making claims that are false and we have proof that both parties were fully aware of the contract and documents they signed. The interest rate offered by Credit Acceptance for the purchase of the vehicle was based on his being a high risk purchaser as disclosed by ******** in his complaint having a credit score of 450. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/11/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Like Insaid in the first complaint I have proof of signatures of ********* who I may add is a retired Army veteran with a solid signage of her signature. Valley Auto Center illegally forged her signature &******** is the buyer of the car on contract how is the Co-Buyer a high risk? I for fact came in the agreement thinking I was the buyer with******** on my agreement as the co-signer I was uninformed of that. Also on agreement The seller has signed the agreement before us and the timing of the agreement which isn't at the same time. Also Valley auto did not informed nor mailed me any copies of important disclosures like me having a right to rescind after me having the car only 2 days and the engine failing Valley Auto Center informed me only that they was not my responsibility, I have sent multiple complaints Credit Acceptance who is now investigating this hand at matter as well. Attached is proof of the forged signatures of ********* who also has complaints on the way and proof of her signature. Yeah you probably have the proof of her being there but we have proof of forged signatures and time frame that this was done after sellers signed the agreement. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/11/28) */ The response is poorly written and difficult to understand. Valley Auto Center has provided digital/time stamped images of ********* signing the documents which has been provided to our attorney. Further, customer was provided a Contract Cancellation Agreement meeting DMV requirements at the time of purchase. This transaction occurred over a year ago. There is no record of a complaint made to our dealership. In addition, we have not had any contact from ********* claiming she did not sign the contract. The reason we video record the signing of all documents are because of unsupported allegations such as your. This is a way of attempting to not pay for the vehicle you purchased. You were fully informed of all conditions of the contract. Valley Auto Center complies with all regulations and is very transparent in all aspects of the transaction. I suggest you live up to your obligations and stop trying to make invalid and unprovable claims.

I purchased a vehicle from them a few years ago. One thing after another kept going wrong with my vehicle. Valley auto center would not fix the issue. They also didn't keep up their end of our contract. Over the years I've tried to get them do take the car back and refund my money or fix the issue. They wouldn't do either. So I've been paying for a car that hasn't worked or been drivable for years. Today I went into valley auto center asking for any copies of our contract, work history, warranty, they refused to give me any information or copies of t vehicle I purchased

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/17) */ This vehicle was purchased almost five years ago and is now 22 years old. ****** indicates that no service has been done since she purchased the vehicle in 2017. The complaint does not indicate what specific problems she is having with the vehicle; however, her lack of performing any type of maintenance on the vehicle would contribute to any problems she is experiencing. At the time of sale, we gave the customer all her documents.
