    I reached out to ** and requested limo tint around my car except for driver and passenger ****** as well as front windshield. He quoted me a price of $400. $210 for all the windows and $190 for my front windshield. Prior to picking up my vehicle he called and told me the price will be $590. I responded by telling him that is not what he quoted me the night before. He said he used a special type of tint and missed quoted me. I explained that is not my fault and this is bad business. We went round and round. I agreed to pay him $450 and be done with it. I picked up my vehicle and everything was good. A few days later I noticed I could see clear as day through my windows. When reaching out to him he said the reason I was able to see through my car could be because of the color of my vehicle and he interior. (My suv is all black with black leather interior) then in another text message he admitted to not giving me limo tint but instead using a different kind. Once again we went round and round and then he finally told me to bring it back and he will fix it. Once I brought it back instead of removing the incorrect tint he doubled the tint which caused scratches and air bubbles everywhere. He told me that it can take 14days before the windows fully dry. I asked will it also take 12 days before the bubbles and scratches going away. It's been well over 12 days and all bubbles and scratches are still there. He was upset and had a nasty attitude. I expressed that I had another similar black on black suv with the exact same tint I requested and my reflection is what I see when I look into the windows. He told me if I knew so much about tint I should of done it myself. I also took my vehicle to another tinting company in Palmdale ca and explained what happen. He also expressed that ** did a poor job and was completely in the wrong the way the tint was done and the attempt to "fix it" I have text messages of ** admitting to not giving me the correct servicesI asked and paid for. All I was looking for was to get what I paid for nothing more. Due to his nasty attitude and not wanting to correctly fix the problem even though The services came with a life time warranty, I tried to dispute the charge. I was informed through my bank , since it was a zelle transaction they can not force the merchant to return funds. So I now have a vehicle with scratches and air bubbles throughout all of my windows as well as being able to see within my car and out $450. I never received my services and I text messages between ** and myself showing I didn't get what I paid for. This is unacceptable and bad business.
