A few days ago, I messaged Deep Silver via Direct Message on ******* / X, asking them for a PS5 North America code for their game Dead Island 2 Gold Edition. I explained that I was going through a very tough time personally, and could not afford to purchase their $100 game at this time, but was still interested in playing. They have repeatedly ignored me, and when they decided to answer me after 3 - 4 days, they were very disrespectful towards **** told them I was going to file a complaint, and they proceeded to block me on ******* / X so I would no longer have a means of Communication with them. I never once was disrespectful to them during our communications when asking for a product code. I also have a screenshot showing that they blocked me on ******* / X.

I have recently contacted Deep Silver via ******* Direct Message, regarding an inquiry about receiving a PS4 / PS5 North America code for their game Dead Island 2 Gold Edition. They have ignored me for over a week, and when they did respond, they were very disrespectful and straight out told me No. I asked very nicely, because I am unemployed at the moment, and cannot afford to purchase their game at this time. They do not care about their consumers, and will not provide me with a PlayStation code for their game, despite me explaining my situation. I have also tried contacting ******, who is also responsible for this Title, and was unable to get ahold of them as well. I will definitely be leaving a Review about this Publisher / Developer, and letting people know not to support them.I also have a Screenshot of the discussion Ive had with Deep Silver regarding receiving a game code.

Deep silver refused to deliver a functional game and has continued to sell a nonfunctional. Deep silver sold 3 day early release to users for $90 and gave a nonfunctional game. Today marks day 6 of the ****** being unplayable (3 days after the early release). Deep Silver has continued to sell this defective product (for $40-$90) on platforms like Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, ect. I believe the B.B.B should be aware of this as it seems like its bordering on a scam, and this seems like the new state of game releases.

Cannot express enough how dissapointed the Dead island 2 game is! I spend over $200 in 2 games to play with my daughter and she can't even create a game because it says shes unable too! Something about her having a Xbox one series s! Would of Deep silver informed players of them not being able to host games in certain Xboxes i wouldn't have waited $200 in 2 freaking games! Not everyone can afford to buy a new $800 console every time a new game comes out!!
