On August 3, 2023 I had an appointment to see ****** to inquire about possible botox and filler. After a consultation she told me verbally that it would could $3,500 for a first time visit for light filler and botox in some areas of my face. I signed medical forms, but no forms agreeing to the treatment costs. After the injections she informed me it actually cost more - I was not made aware during treatment that final cost would be almost $1k more, nor had agreed to the price that was automatically charged to my credit card (that I had given to secure the appt. for). I never received a receipt with the itemized cost or even specifics of what was injected into my face. I went in for a follow up appt (2 weeks later) and was very upset and unhappy with the results, I had even bigger wrinkles present in my forehead especially and told her I was really shocked by the prices. She said she would complimentary give me more botox in my forehead. I also asked for an itemized receipt and she said that because they had changed systems, they would send, but could be delayed. About 2 weeks after that I had still not received a receipt of services and they told me they were going to offer a free laser treatment - finally almost 2 months later I received an email, without itemization of exactly what was injected and no prices/per unit. After sharing this experience with many friends that have received treatment at similar providers, they and I, believe I have been scammed. My face looks exactly the same and the price I was charged, without a receipt of services seems like I was price gouged. The picture that was attached to the email references a date that I didn't even do the service and again, there are no prices/unit. All documentation has been attached for reference.
