i ordered a fuse box for my **** f350 and they sent one that was defective. i sent it back using the preprinted address sticker and paid for my label at ***** 2 weeks later i call they claim to see nothing and keep calling back to hear the same story. i did lose my tracking number but have proof of when i bought the label at ***** the item was entirely destroyed on arrival as per my evidence and this guy made no attempt to even talk about the problems, never returned any of my emails.Initial Complaint

Purchased an item from them ("rebuilt ABS pump/module) that was highly defective and caused more issues than the original unit, and also purchased their $200 core fee so we could get sent the unit before our defective unit was sent back. The company was immediately notified via **** messages where the item was purchased, and they never replied despite multiple messages sent from our profile. Once it was known the company would not reach out to solve the problem, we filed a complaint with **** to get a return started. The company denied ever receiving anything from us (returned defective unit, and our Core return), despite tracking information provided showing it was delivered. Their denial meant **** was siding with them, and we would not receive our money back. Now they have our ABS pump/module, our money and we are left without any parts or money to repair our vehicle. They are highly dishonest and provide very poor work and customer service.Initial Complaint

I ordered a part from the above business on line. The policy states that as long as the part was returned not installed and their seal is on the item it can be returned within 30 days it was returned within 1 week. My car did not need that part after all it was something else that was wrong with it. After returning the item they credited my account with a core fee of $80.00. Here's the issue, they were returned their part and I'm an being charged for a part I don't have. My credit card disputed this and they are stating to them the same thing. They will not return any of our E-mails.
