- towed my car to the shop October 2022 for a blown head gasket.- they told me they will get it done maybe close to a month - Its been in there ever since I only took it out 2x to run the car since they never run it. - the times they said it was done. A check engine light always came on - I returned the car instead - I would go check on the car at least once a week to double check how everything is coming along. And every time the workers would tell me come back tomorrow that became the saying to me every two weeks I would come it just became a joke. -went from a bad head gasket to another issue and another. And at this point i dont what they did to my car or if they did anything.- I purchased a new battery since it was dead.- now another issue has came up which is a water pump - and now my car needs to pass a smog and I called to see if it will and they said it would not since it has to be ran and they dont run. Owner of pronto auto refuses to give invoice of cataylic converter ordered June 6 ***************** a 2011 ******* We have asked three times for invoice. I want to know what company he bought the cataylic converter from.
