      Ive been in communication with ****** since November 6, 2022. He agreed to rent me three 6 foot tables, 30 chairs, 1 kids table, and 6 kids chairs. All of which was PAID FOR on 11/10/2023. They confirmed payment received. They confirmed my order again on 11/19/2023. I attempted to reach out the day of the party by text with no responses. I called multiple times, their phone was turned off. The tables and chairs were never delivered and they never reached out after the fact as well.

      I reached out this company on Sept 25, 2023 and asked for their services. They agreed to do it on Sept 28, 2023 and asked for a $225 deposit. I sent it via CashApp and the date of my service was Oct 7th. We agreed that my tables, chairs and canopy would be delivered by 11am on Oct 7th. On Oct 7th, I contacted ****** many times, call and text. A woman answered and said that she was in a car accident and she would get to the location soon. I then received a text that she was going to the hospital and I would receive a refund. I contacted the company on Oct 8th with my CashApp information so I can get refund. No answer. Oct 9th I sent another text with the same information. No reply. On Oct 13, I asked for refund again and I was then informed by the person that their grandfather died. They would not give me the refund because they were at a family emergency. Again no refund and no reply back. I continued to text and ask for a refund via cash app from Oct 16 to Nov 1st On Nov 1st I received a denied request from JV Party Rentals on Cash app. I sent it again and I was then informed by Cash App I was blocked by JV Party Rentals. I was also blocked on the phone. I want my refund back. I was told I would get my refund back.

      I rented a marquee number, I immediately paid and it was to be delivered the next day. He insisted seeing my home address on the iD even though that was not the delivery address or billing. He said if thats not possible let him know asap - I did, and was planning on using another vendor. He stopped answering for hours (even though he needed an answer asap): he said I was being dramatic and would keep my money. I just want a refund for the services I never got. I am filing every complaint and report I can. He should not have a business.

      Hi how are you good morning this lady called lots of times I explained to her over the phone out policy and that we needed pic of her I d so she is able to rent from ** she also knew our company policy no refunds after 14 days into your event since it's already reserved and booked we sent her our website and knows out policy she decided to not send i.d and automatically threaten ** with the cops and started with accusations I then replied with I was busy and so forth this lady sorry to say but she is nuts I have attached her text messages with all her threats we will not refund her no money have a great day our policy is on our website Www.jvpartyrentals.com thanks again ***********;

      This man conducts his business via text - I was never given any information about a 14 day policy. You can read in the text documents I submitted that he stated "let me know ASAP if you want to cancel and I will refund" 

      This business has done this to several customers. He needs to have his business license revoked, and he needs to refund the money for a service he never provided.
