    Your company has been doing work at **********************************************************. I live 2 houses down and workers have been doing work for 3-days now. Work that causes NOISE is not permitted before 07:00AM and after 07:00PM. A machine was running all day on Wed May 11, however after 07:00PM in the evening the noise was permanent and at 07:45am I called the phone number requesting that the machine be turned OFF. I called twice and subsequently I was told it would happen.At 08:00PM, I walked over to the property and requested to the workers to please turn OFF the machine that it was after hours. The worker unprofessionally, first IGNORED ME, and subsequently and unprofessionally told me to go away. I said that after 07:00PM noise on the street was NOT permitted, he told me that I should go take it up with the city. I asked him one more time to please turn OFF the machine that was blasting noise, and he very rudely told me to go away and he unprofessionally walked away.This is not the company I would expect to behave like this, especially a company that is Accredited. Text messages I received from the company asked me to "tell the workers" to turn off the machine, but this wasn't the case. I went over there in good faith and with good spirit to request that the machine be turned OFF after hours in the evening. I have NO problem with the work being done during regular hours and the attachment clearly shows.The worker was very unprofessional, very rude and that sends a message about the company. Do I want an apology? If that's all that takes. I would ask a courteous professional apology and not to be treated with the lack of respect that the gentleman that came out told me unprofessionally to go away. I'm sorry BUT I LIVE NEXT DOOR, the City has rules and regulations that need to be respected and the worker needed to not just respect the rules but treat ME with respect.     When the big flood hit our house, San Diego Water Damage was there to help. ****** and his team were amazing. First the pack out team showed up. I'm prior military, and I have done a lot of moves, but this was the best pack out team I have ever worked with. His demolition and clean up team was efficient and thorough. And whenever we needed anything (washer/dryer hooked back up, help moving a kitchen table upstairs, or moving a fouled fridge to the dumpster), they were always happy to help and never treated us like it wasn't their job or they were doing us a favor. Whatever we needed, they just assumed it was their job to help. Finally, there were never any hidden costs or added charges. ****** billed us exactly what he estimated, regardless of unexpected challenges we encountered during the job. I would absolutely use them again, and I would recommend San Diego Water Damage to my closest friends and my family.
