      I bought a new RV trailer to use as my home, delivered on 06/25/202. It came with a mini split AC/heater unit which I paid $5,291 for. The unit stopped working on 02/14/2022. A defective installation of the equipment was diagnosed and the first attempt to fix it from the factory through the warranty company failed, so they walked away from the problem ignoring my plead to finish the job. My email was even blocked from reaching the company. I like to point out that I am undergoing treatment for a terminal cancer diagnosis and this problem has been very detrimental to my health and I don’t know what else to do or who to turn to. I hope you can help me. Thank you. PS I sent this complaint yesterday, but forgot to inform the name of the business, sorry about that.

      To Whom It May Concern: 

      Ms. ******* warranty for the first year is handled directly with the manufacturer that the unit was purchased through, Champion Homes.  Once that one-year warranty period is over the customers are to work with the manufacturer of the AC, Wesco.  Wesco provides a 5-year warranty on the AC.  Their contact information has been provided to Ms. ******* previously as she was working directly with them in 2022.  Their contact information is:  Wesco HVAC Warranty Service **** **** *** Rd ******* ** 28110 phone **** ******** email:  **********************.  They are open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Eastern.

      Hello,

      Ms. ******* needs to contact Wesco regarding her unit.  If Wesco determines that it was not originally installed correctly, they will contact Champion Homes.  If Wesco determines that the unit is faulty, then they would address.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      It's been done already. Did you receive my previous message? The determination that the unit had a faulty installation was already made on October 19, 2022 by the HVAC company that Wesco sent to my home (JW Hanson). JW Hanson told me directly that “There is no implied warranty for any repairs due to poor installation and poor equipment quality”.  All of this was explained in my previous message, and there are documents from JW Hanson attached in said message as evidence for my case. Apparently both the factory and Wesco are not acknowledging the documents, or any points made in my original explanation.
