I bought the Silver 108 artificial turf (**** sq ft) from your shop. I then bought Silver 108 again (**** sq ft.). The first order was delivered as four rolls, then the fifth roll was delivered a couple of days later in a second delivery. The rolls were wrapped up and very heavy to lift. There was no way to ascertain the color of the rolls without opening up the rolls and placing them side by side, which happened only during the installation process, as I will explain below.When my installers started the installation of the turf, they first installed the roll that was delivered as part of the second order. The installer than started installing the other roll that were delivered as part of the first order. The order of roll installation was chosen based on the proximity of the rolls to the installation site. When the installer had installed three rolls, I came to inspect their work/progress. That is when I clearly noted the difference between the color of the three installed rolls. I immediately noted that the colors of the installed rolls (turf) from the two deliveries did not match, despite the fact that I ordered the same turf product. I was able to clearly discern this nonconformity only after the installation had started. The turf that was delivered in the second delivery was substantially lighter than the turf that was delivered in the first delivery. As stated earlier, there was no way to ascertain this color difference without beginning installation. I immediately contacted your office through phone as well as phone chat.
