I ordered an item on May 24th, I got I shortly into June. About ******************************************************************* turn on. I contacted the company sent the item back and had not heard anything. They got the product around July 15th. I was told then that they got ahold of the warranty team and I would be contacted by them soon. Its been almost two weeks and I haven't got a single message or reply or response.Business response

The process to receive a new device took longer than our usual times and we are making sure to process warranties in a quicker time to reduce long wait times.

The company gave me the opportunity to return my vape for repair as it failed after just a few months. This was under warranty. They had me pay for shipping, which was already 25% the cost of the product. The company stopped answering my emails and have not provided any update regarding the repair, making me believe they are not doing anything to resolve the issue. Transaction date 7/11/2023 Serial Number: ******* Order Number: Order #****** Company is not honoring warranty policy and product is very flimsy and breaks often. They claim that they are sending the unit out but provided no tracking info and no shipping date. They have been negligent in regards to communication with the buyer. I have tried to reach out on four separate occasions with no response. I am now seeking a complete refund for these defective products.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with PCKT Brand to buy a new vape pen on Monday, September 4th. In addition, I paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping that guaranteed a 9/8/23 delivery date. I have reached out to PCKT multiple times to correct an issue with the order before it shipped and they have continued to ignore my emails. I have emailed on 9/4, 9/5, and 9/7 but have still not received a response. In addition, PCKT has closed their website for "repairs" while continuing to ignore my emails. My order has still not shipped (despite paying additional money to get the product today) and the company continues to ignore me. In addition, because they closed their website, there is no way to call them and complain about this issue. At this point, I just want a refund of my money if they are not going to supply the product or respond to my emails.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a vape on Saturday, July 30th. I am aware that they don't operate on the weekends and I was not expecting to receive my order this Monday 8/1/2022. I was however expecting to receive it today 8/3/2022. They send me a copy and paste response email after emailing them about how they don't operate on the weekends and don't offer refunds for shipping because of the nature of the business, and that it can actually take 3 days. None of that information is available during the checkout process. It only says 2 day shipping. I'm not trying to get my order free but this is just blatantly misleading at best. All I want is my **** I paid for 2 day shipping refunded. I can forward their emails to whoever needs them. In the process of trying to find information on the business, I discover on their intentionally hard to find contact us page they are saying there is a vape ban of some kind making shipping difficult. Nowhere was this made apparent and the support employee I had contact with apparently didn't find that relevant to mention either.Business response

We have contacted the customer in regards to this and have provided them with their desired settlement. Our team is actively working on solutions to ensure that customers do not encounter the same or a similar issue addressed in this case.
