      I first placed an online order with Wonder Equestrian on 10/31/23. It appeared delayed so I sent an email to the company with no response. While waiting for my package, I sent a second email to ask about their return policy and never received a response. I finally received the package on 11/14/23.On 11/13/23, I placed a 2nd order (yes, prior to receiving my first order). This was because my friends had already received items they ordered and mentioned that sizing ran small. I placed my order anticipating I would need to return the items I bought on 10/31, as they were going to run small.My order arrived and I needed to return items from the 10/31 order as well as the 11/13 order. An email was sent to the company with no response. A follow up email was sent and they responded with the following:"The heavily discounted items as listed in our returns policy are final sale since they were 30-40% off and in order to offer such great pricing it is final sale. When the warehouse receives the package we can offer store credit as an exception or we can send the items back. "First, their return policy calls out discount codes (which I used to purchase all items - SAVE40):"If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount."Second, the final sale policy specifically says that all final sale items will be called out on the product page and in the order confirmation. Theres a little call-out on the product page of every final sale item, in the cart when checking out, and listed on the order confirmation email. This was NOT the case with ANY of the items I purchased OR on my order confirmations.The LAST complaint I have is a third order I placed 11/20/23. I ordered 4 of the SAME item and only received 1 correct item. The others were not what I ordered.Owner has yet to respond to multiple emails from me.

      On 10/30/23 I order 6 shirts from Wonder Equestrian (website) for $94.47. On 11/3/23 I received my order. My shirts were too small, so I emailed the company to see if I could send them back and get the correct size. I received an email from them on 11/4, stating I could send the shirts back and they would exchange for a larger size. On 11/6, I sent another email letting her know the package was mailed and on the way. On 11/13, I emailed again to confirm she had received my returns and was sending the larger sizes. She replied the following day, they were received and my exchange items would be sent the next day. On 11/21, still no package, so I emailed again. No response. I emailed again on 11/27, no response. On 12/2, I emailed once again with a threat to file a complaint with the BBB. On 12/4, she replied that she had been out of town for 2 weeks and it would be in the mail the next day. As of today, 12/13, still no package has arrived with my shirts. I emailed again on 12/12, with no response. I would like either my shirts in the requested exchanged size or my money back.
