      This company claims to be out of CA but they are actually out of ******Their products are falsely advertised and do not do as they portray in their videos. This is a scam company and now to issue a refund the product must be shipped back to *****! At my expense. They also sent the wrong item to me vs what I ordered. 2 black and beige vs 2 black, 1 brown & 1 beige.This company is a rip off and I want everyone to know so they do not end up like me! Crappy product, wrong product and no refund

      On Friday March 8th I purchased a pair of black trousers for $37.99, totaling $47.88 after tax and shipping (Order No. 170923CDC29812). I received a pair of red trousers. I wrote to customer service and they offered me $9 and to keep the red pants. I told them that wouldn't suffice since this was their mistake, I shouldn't lose any money for it. They then wrote back and said they could refund $16 and I could keep the pants, OR pay for shipping back to ***** to get a full refund. I wrote back saying that they should send me a prepaid shipping label because I should not lose any money on a mistake that their company made. They responded with, "We have done everything we can to provide you with the best possible solution. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us." I would simply like my $47.88 refunded.

      I wanted to add some additional information to my complaint: 

       

      Their website says, "In total there are only 10 of us based in ***********,***********We don't use a call center or distribution center,everything is done in house." The reason I ordered from them was because I thought the item was coming from an entrepreneur in CA - if I had known it was coming from *****, I wouldn't have ordered. Re-reading the "story" on this page, I can see now that this is probably fabricated/created by chat gpt.

      Date of order, Dec. 30th. 2023, Ordered two pair of pants, both pairs are too short, requested to return pants and a refund of $69.28, each pair of pants cost $32.99. Working through a email address, " *************************************** no phone number, no other way to contact them. They are refusing the return of pants and only offering $12.00 dollars of my $69.28.
