I don't live is ********** I haven't for over 2 years. I suspended and canceled my member ship for than 4 years ago due to multiple surgeries and health issues. They continued to charge me even though I have contacted them. It stopped or I thought it did only to find they had been charging me a dollar a month. Until today they have charged me almost 50 dollars. None of their listed numbers work and emails have gone unanswered. When I did get through to a club I was hung up on.Initial Complaint

Have been paying for Fit republic for THREE YEARS NOW( this is my complaint) and have not had a member ship with them for over that time. There are no fit republics in ****** anymore and that gym has closed and a new gym is in place of that. I DO need a refund. They charged me $59.00 for an annual fee on 4/1 that needs to be refunded as well as a monthly charge of $14.99 a month for the last 36 months, for a total of $540.00. I do need this resolved ASAP or a call back from the BBB in the next 2-3 days!Initial Complaint

I had a membership with Fit Republic in ****** ** for well over a year now and I have not resided in ****** in at least a year I have since now completely moved out of state and left several voicemails and have sent emails requesting that they immediately cancel my membership as I never agreed to renew my contract and they were aware of my displeasure. They charged my card in error for another member and allowed a third party to set me up and agree to payments and never got my signature agreeing to a contract. The club manager in ****** has ignored my prior emails from my personal email **************************** as well as voicemails left at their location. I dont even live in ********** and never signed the initial agreement nor renewed my membership yet they have already received plenty of my money for a membership I dont use. It is impossible to reach anyone and ****** staff refuse to answer me or call me back to rectify the matter. I have had gym memberships all my life and never had such an issue. Please help hold this business accountable for their dishonest practices.
