On 06-22-2022, I was sold a seamless shower enclosure and one piece shower pan by Reborn Bath Solutions. I was told the shower enclosure would be factory manufactured at their facility. This is why there was an over 2 month lead time. The representative's name was ***************************. At the time of sale, she assured me that they did not use panel construction. Reborn cancelled the original installation date and I had to rearraign another day to accommodate them at an additional cost to me. When they arrived today to install the enclosure, it was not what ************** represented at the time of sale. One side had "Finished" bull nose framing, while the opposite edge would be RAW unfinished panel. This would leave the enclosure with two different termination edges. One with a Bull Nose frame and the other without the bull nose framing. This was far different from the seamless "FACILITY FORMED" product represented by **************. The one-piece Shower Pan they brought need addition skirting which would create a lip and a seam. The product represented by ************** had no seam and was one piece, the one they brought would require seaming.Every Contact number I had for Reborn, no one answered the phone and their mailboxes were either full or not set up so I could not leave a message. I had the Installers contact their boss and he called me. I explained to him the issues I had and he said that is what they have. I told him it is not what was agreed upon with ************** at the time of my order. He said there was nothing he could do about it. With that, I told him I wanted to cancel the installation and have my initial payment RETURNED IN FULL since the product I see in front of me, is not the product represented by **************. He said he would have to advise "The Higher UP's" and left the call. I tried to call back on the number he called from and there was no answer. The Mailbox was not set up, so I could not leave a message to have him call back.
