I contracted with Swanson landscaping to put a ground cover in my backyard. He suggested Kuropia. I agreed and he prepared the ground and put in adequate sprinklers. The kuropia arrived in rolls, much like sod. After if was laid, tons of weeds sprung up. I complained to Mr ********************** and he contacted the business providing the kuropia, *************** from ********. Both men came out and looked at the situation and the agreement was *************** came out and pulled the weeds and Mr ********************** was to put on a preemergent weed control. They did pull the weeds and did a good job, I checked on it, but it was nearly three weeks before Mr ********************** put on the preemergent weed control and of course in that three weeks lots more weeds sprung up. So I am left with a weedy ground cover for which I paid $7000 and neither person knows what to do. I am 82 and I dont want to have to keep pulling weeds. I personally think the kuropia rolls were full of weed seeds because Mr ********************** prepared the ground well and the weeds that I myself pulled were from close to the top, not from the ground underneath the rolls. I dont think either person knows what to do and Im stuck in the middle so is there a sensible way this can be resolved? Thank you, *******************
