      Never buy a bed at *********!! It was our first time buying a bed from a dealer. My fiance and I went in looking for a new bed to the new **** store and "**" the manager was helping **. We told Mo that we previously had an avocado green mattress, with a pillow top. I was interested in a helix mattress, after looking a while and not finding anything we really liked, ** recommended an "Aireloom" mattress, telling us it was the best mattress and also the highest price tag! He ended up talking us into getting the mattress one because he told us it came with some luxury sheets and a free luxury pillow. It sounded good to us at the moment, we went ahead and went with the Aireloom "luxury firm" and that's where our nightmare begin. Right away We had problems, our sheets were delivered with a hole, and the sheets felt very cheap! The pillows were also super tall, he never told us that if you were shorter you needed the short version of the pillow. He went ahead and reordered the new sheets and we never picked them up because they were such bad quality! We got our bed, and the first week I called Mo to tell him I was an extreme pain! He talked us into keeping it saying that the bed would get better, but it never did! I have fibromyalgia, he told my fiance he would have never sold me the bed if he knew I had fibromyalgia. After doing a lot of research I found out the bed wasn't for side sleepers, we told him we were slide sleepers! He knew what bed we had in the past the avocado and it was a pillow top, he should have been able to recommend a better bed. After complaining and demanding for an exchange, ** agreed to exchange with our original bed the avocado mattress. The day the delivery guys came to pick the bed up to do the swap, there was a ********************* from a turmeric supplement that fell on the bed! The delivery guys took a picture and refused to take the bed and do the exchange! Now I'm in excruciating pain stuck with a $6,000 bill! I'm looking for a lawyer as we speak!

      Second purchase from Mancinis will be my last. The box spring that I purchased several months after the mattress purchase, did not provide the support that my prior box spring provided. Unfortunately I had them haul off my old box spring. Moreover, this Kingsdown Passions ********************** smells like a saw dust mill. I thought the odor would dissipate with time, but it has not and is making me feel ill. The online advertisement listed the box spring has a 120 day return guarantee. I called ******* about returning, but he would charge a $99.99 fee plus 5%, although their written policy states box spring return fee is $59.99. I would be happy to pay the fee in order to recap something from this purchase, but he also stated that I could not physically bring the mattress in and would be charged for a pick up. Bottom line, ******* is not standing behind its written guarantee.

      I wrote an email several months ago and it was ignored. I purchased a mattress from the *****, ** location last fall and had an amazing experience with *******. Went back and spent $200 on a pillow after doing some research online-the sales rep this time was a different person and wasnt necessarily helpful. But the pillow I chose was way too big for my body size. Im sure he knew that but didnt suggest otherwise. ALL of the pillow webpages on the Mancinis say 120 night trial To my surprise when I called the very next day after trying it for one night he said no, thats not correct and theres no return on pillows despite what it says on the site. Apparently this is for mattresses only but they still post it on pillow descriptions. This is incredibly misleading and Id not have spent an entire day's pay on a pillow had I been provided accurate info This should be taken off the website if its not accurate.

      I bought a bed from this place on ********************* in ************* and they delivered the next day the mattress couldn't clearly fit up my stairs so they said that they would bring a box spring that could they did not show up the next day and they broke my screen TV. I called the next day and then they came the next day after I called and the box springs still could not fit when I explained to the man that my stairs were very narrow and I needed like two twins to make it a queen so I just returned everything never touched it never used it and they want to charge me $150 for coming to my house and breaking my screen TV b*******

      It cost me $600 to return a Tempurpedic mattress, and as the other reviewers have pointed out, the company won't honor its own agreements. Do not buy a mattress there.As the manager said, he believe in "funny money". I understand the $99 return cost plus 5% penalty. But on top of that, DO NOT take the $300 in "free gifts" if there's ANY chance you might need to return the mattress. They will deduct that from what you paid too. When I got the "free gifts", I didn't know whether I'd like the pillows, so I got a written agreement that the pillows could be exchanged. When I called about it, they even told me to come into the store. Once I got there, they said they wouldn't honor the written agreement because they "meant" to say they would honor only if I kept the mattress. That's when the manager said it was "funny money" so they'd give me $10 for it. They didn't explain that over the phone; so I made the trip with the pillows for nothing. It's a sleazy place. Order direct from the ******************* and save yourself the pain.

      Mancini's Sleepworld did not follow their own agreements. I do not recommend buying a bed from them. As other reviewers stated, the will not abide by their written warranty. I'm in the process of filing a case in court with both Mancini's Sleepworld and the manufacturer.

      Buy at your own peril. I bought a Nectar from them. They will try to get out of your guaranteed trial period and refuse to take your mattress back because it has to be like new condition which my bed is! First of all, mine is like new. But secondly, how is it possible for a year long trial for your bed to still be new? I had their supposedly waterproof cover on and there's still apparently stain that gets in. How does that happen? Full of deceptive advertisement. I should have bought directly from Nectar. Also when i received the bed, it was in random wrappings so it was clearly not brand new. Probably also used somewhat. The nectar never came into shape and not even. It was giving me and my boyfriend back pain.So when you buy a bed from them, they are probably not even new. I am battling them to get my money back. I won't want to give this company a dime.

      How is this place even in business. The manager is the worst employee and the headquarters should be embarrassed that he runs this store under their name. We bought a new mattress from this location about 10 months ago. Over time (6 months) the mattress became defective and the springs collapsed there was more than a 3 inch indent in the middle of the mattress. We spoke to ***************************** on the phone regarding the defective mattress. He told us that we could pick out a new mattress and ONLY pay the difference of the mattresses. We then went in store and purchased a new mattress with a $200 difference. We were again told we ONLY had to pay the difference by **************** We then waited about 2 weeks for any contact from this store regrading shipment. Absolutely no communication. We then call and oh turns out it had been sitting at the store for over a week. We then schedule delivery. 8/19/21, at approximately 7:53pm the delivery driver called us and let us know we have a outstanding balance. Which is not what we were told nor was it what our invoice said. We then call the store, ****** J answered the phone and he was very rude, unprofessional in all ways, and was not accommodating at all. He was also unwilling to help us solve this problem. I will never buy from this company again and I will let all friends and family know that it is a joke. Thanks *********! We only bought this bed for our son who was just in a very serious accident and just broke his neck, back and shoulder.UPDATE: received a call from ****** J , 8/20/21, regarding the issue. ****** J tried to rectify the situation, with no good outcome. I finally got my new mattress but was threatened by the manager that I will not be getting my consumer rights guaranteed warranty. He decided that his boss ***** could take that away from me. .

      My husband and I bought a mattress (Serta Perfect Sleeper Sedgwick II Plush Pillowtop Queen) at the Mancinis in ************** back in May of 2020. While it was admittedly a strange time to buy a mattress --during a pandemic --when customers were not allowed to test out the merchandise before purchasing--we had just purchased a vacation rental and needed to furnish it ASAP and start renting it out to start recuping some of our investment. I was assured by the friendly customer service rep. that the mattress I was purchasing, sight unseen, would be a medium range soft/firm mattress and was a well regarded model and brand.The mattress arrived, it seemed to be of good quality, the house got rented and for a while there weren't any negative guest reviews.Fast forward ************************************************************************************************************************************************** One guest actually hit the nail on the head when she stated "the mattress felt as though it had completely collapsed in the middle". Fortunately, we were taking the rental off the market for a month at which point I contacted Mancinis to discuss my concerns. The friendly cheerful salesperson said that they could send a 'third party mattress inspection company' *************************** out to determine whether the mattress had a structural defect and if it did--they could credit some or all of the mattress. The inspector came, assessed the integrity of the mattress, and informed us that we should hear back from Mancinis in a few days. After not hearing back from Mancinis I called and left a message for the store manager, **** to call me back with an update. There was no return call and after calling two more times I was finally successful in getting hold of *** when he was there and not so surprisingly, he declared that the mattress inspector determined the mattress had collapsed by 1 1/4 but not the 1 1/2 required for any kind of credit. *** did state however, he would email the manufacturer and appeal my claim since the mattress was only 15 months old. Another week went by of playing hide and seek with *** when I finally tracked him down and learned that he had heard back from the manufacturer who declined my appeal and that there was nothing they could --"our hands are tied!" since while their mattress was defective, it wasn't defective enough. *** did suggest however that we could continue using the mattress another 6 months with the hopes that it would collapse by another 1/4 inch and have it reinspected again?? In an effort to take my complaint to the next level, I called the corporate offices in Livermore and attempted to reach the regional manager for the ************** office and left messages on 3 separate occasions but received no call back. I then called corp. offices again and asked to speak to the regional mgr.'s manager and left messages on two separate occasions but received no call back. I get the importance of having a system in place where a mattress' premature deterioration can be quantified but by the across the board shoddy customer service received from ********************** I can only assume this so called 'independent analysis' is designed to keep unhappy customers at bay and is most likely anything but objective and independent.If ********* was a respectable company they would have at least offered me some sort of discount on a replacement mattress when the report came back showing significant deterioration on a mattress that was only just over a year old.

      I am getting rid of the 2 power recliners I purchased a while back that I had to involve the "headquarters" that ended up not responding or doing anything to help me resolve my issue. This was the time when Broyhill was going out of business and was filling orders with cheap, shoddy materials for the chairs I bought that were about $700 each ($1,400 total). They were horrible and nobody would do anything about it so I gave up. I am now throwing them out after covering them for years because of the peeling cheap material they used. This is just a last hurrah for me to get this experience off my plate...I had too much going on at the time to deal with it anymore; especially since I was asked ten millions questions and then never heard back...I wish I could have talked to someone higher up about the lack of concern/effort that I was given. I tried to find ***************************** info but of course, couldn't and he probably wouldn't have cared either since the headquarters didn't seem to care. Just like most companies, they are happy to take your $ but that's about it.
