              Placed order for Flexidesk (Loctek is the parent ******* of *********** Website said desk would arrive June 23rd. On June 23rd it still said 'waiting to invoice;. I emailed and called several times and got told a bunch of different information. On June 24th I asked to ***** the order and they said they cannot until it ships (which seems insane). I called again and was told that it can be canceled and I got an email confirming. Shortly after I got an email saying that it CANNOT be canceled. Today June 26th, I was told that they will cancel it once it has shipped. I asked when and she said maybe tomorrow or the next day. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up. They appear to not have the product and are trying to ship it it to me even though I no longer want it. They are essentially holding my money hostage until an unknown ship date happens.
