Date of transaction was 12/22/23 at 3:16pm Purchased and ordered a new frame and prescription glasses. The order was placed and was informed that I would receive them in a months time. Frames were left at store to pick up when lenses arrive. 1/10/23 I received an e-mail from sales person ************* stating my lenses had arrived and to bring in my frames. When I contacted **** she stated I took the frames. I asked if the store have video recording. **** stated yes, I asked for them to review the footage for the date and time of the purchase and see that the frames never left the store. **** called 10min after stating that now there are no cameras at the store and stated the frames were taken by me (******) and that there is nothing to be done regarding the frames. I need to pick up my lenses and that is all there is.
