I placed an order through the Subway app on March 1, 2024 at 7:04pm for the ********************************************************************************************************************* (app states they close at 8:30pm daily) location for a pickup. The order was accepted with an anticipated pickup time of 7:20pm. I arrived at 7:30pm to find the store already closed. The store hours posted on the door say they close at 9pm. I submitted customer feedback for dining experience on their website (they don't offer any customer service # to speak to a live person) twice, once the night of March 1st and then again a week later without any response. I also posted on social media (public and private messages to @subway on Threads and X) but also no response. I came back on 2 other instances, one right after 7:30pm with an employee inside stating they didn't know how to issue a refund and would have to talk to the owner during the day. I stopped by a week or so later with another employee attempting to contact the owner to allow a refund. The owner never picked up so I provided my name and phone number for a call back. I never received one since then. It would have been easy if I had purchased with a credit card so I could just dispute the charge, however I placed the order with a Subway Gift Card. I would have liked to resolve this issue but am doubtful I can without some help.
