This tow company on June 30, 2024 at the hours between 1:00-2:00am my motorbikes chain came off as I was in the fast lane going west bound on Hwy 580 going through ************. I pulled the bike over and placed it approx 10 yards away from the fast lane to ensure driver safety. Knowing at this time of morning I would find no help and trying to push the bike across the street to the on-ramp would be dangerous I decided to call for a ride and return the same morning once the sun came up to retrieve my bike. Returned to the location at approx 10:45am and found my bike not where I left it I called *** Dublin Ca and asked was my bike actually impounded and was told yes. After being told that Loyal Towing took possessions of the bike I proceeded to call them about getting my bike on Monday July 1, 2024 cause I couldnt call the day prior cause it was closed along with the *** cause it was Sunday. Spoke to a receptionist (with bad attitude) and was told my bill was $510 which I didnt have this kind of money due to me just starting work the week prior it was impossible to do. I proceeded to ask relatives for a loan which I received $850 which was enough according to the receptionist. Fast forward to July 4, 2024 I went to get my bike and was told I needed the registration and I told them its on the bike but why cause the *** told me prior that they got my name after running the *** number. *********** than told me the release would be well over $1,000 and I had a hard time understanding. I was told that a Lien Fee been added since it was over 3 days since than and since its a holiday a Holiday Fee was also added which added over $400 more to my charges. I than got into an argument with the hostile owner due to me trying to explain the situation and he rudely telling me he wasnt interested in what I had to say. I challenge the owner to provide the entire footage of my arrival to their office which will find my statement here to be true. Owner still have bike.
