On the evening of 12/7/22, I called Metro Towing to order a tow for a friend. I was on the phone with Metro Towing for 11 minutes. I called them back exactly 1 minute later, according to my phone records, to cancel the request, because my friend was able to use his AAA membership and had ordered a tow for himself. Metro Towing told me I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee for the 1 minute between my calls. Seriously?However, my credit card bill came and I have been charged $724.00!I have called a few times to speak to a manager - I am always put on hold, always told a manager is unavailable, always told h*** call me back - but, to date, I have not received a phone call, nor have I received a credit. (And the employee cant tell me the managers name!)Now I want a full refund. It has cost me more than 1 minute of my time trying to get them to be honest, forthcoming, and take responsibility for their error, which they dont seem to have any intention of doing, thus far. I want a full refund.Customer response

Hello,
I would like to report that Metro Towing has replied and has refunded me the full amount I was charged, $724.00.
The owner, ***, called me directly, apologized for the error, and promptly mailed a check to me. He was very kind and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the solution.
I am very pleased with the solution and I would even use this business based on how this issue was resolved. Thank you, *******
