Best decision I've made since purchasing my house! Can tell a huge difference between filtered and nonfiltered systems! I. Sorry I can't remember my salesman name but a true professional! Recommend for anyone that has the means to afford the system!Review from Tony H

Sales team: professional, courteous and detailed; answered all/most questions we had about their product. 5/5 Plumber: knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the water softener process and how to maintain it. 5/5 Electrician: 5/5. Didnt speak much English but was very courteous; even taking on/ off shoes in the house. The only reason why I rated it a 4 is because of what I hear others paying for their softener systems. My overall price was about **** for the middle tier series. They included alkaline water in the sink through separate system. Also includes 5 years worth of cleaning supplies with over 15 different scents to choose from. Also includes lifetime warranty which they explained what is included. Also if we were to ever move they would cover the costs to transport and install for the first move. Since these systems are pretty durable I thought it to be a good solution and cost. But Im curious how a water system is different than a water softener system because this seems to be the main selling point difference.The entire home including showers wash machine etc has the filtered water
