      I called this business that advertised on ******** marketplace. GDA-Sod in ****. ******* came down and gave me an estimate of ****** for *************** head replacement. (Small area) I agreed. He came and installed the sod. This was about 3Months ago. We replaced the sprinkler panel I had. He installed and programmed it for another ******. .He programmed the sprinklers to come on twice a day for a two weeks, then he was supposed to come back and program the system to water for only once a day. He never showed back. I asked him prior for a contract, because he kept changing the prices. I ended up paying *******. Im more upset because he didnt follow through with what he promised, and our grass has patches and brown spots??

      I'm getting back regarding the complaint about property at ***********************************************************. ************** contacted us trough Marketplace message like she stated, we were not aware of this problem because she never called us or contacted us regarding this matter. She did send us a message on 10-14-2023 saying she will do a complaint against us, however we ask her for the information to see why she was upset since we didn't know why she was so mad, but she didn't give us the opportunity to resolve this matter, we didn't know wat was going on and why she was upset, she only had to contact us like she did at first trough marketplace or called us, she had our number, we could do something to help her out. We asked her for the information to look up what was the problem and she never sent it back. We didn't know what was going on and why was she mad until we got this complaint trough ********************** I spoke with ******* since he was the one doing the job for her regarding this matter, he said ****************** keep asking him for some extra repairs and the price was going to change since she was adding extra work this was a additional fee that she agreed to pay. She did asked for a receipt and we sent it to her. ******* did the sod installation and the timer was not working properly and this was important for the customer new sod. He went back a install her a new one. ******* clearly verbally explained her and left the manual so she can change the dates and time on how she wanted to water the grass. He told here that she needed to adjust the timer to every other day 10 to 15 minutes depending on the weather, not every day like she stated. She make ******* go back a different day and fixed another problem she had and he didn't charge her any fee, she made ******* go to the backyard trough the inside of the house, she had a Yorkie dog that bite him in the heel, he didn't make a big deal because it's a small dog and only left him a small bite, he didn't want to make a big problem but he dosen't go back to customers homes and do repairs without we putting it on his daily schedule, he is not allowed to give customers personal number because misunderstandings like this can happen. It is the customer responsibility how to change the timer date and time, however we can help her with that if she has trouble, If she had a problem or needed help she should contact us like she did from the beginning but she  kept sending him messages and asking him to recommended a ******* to do her yard. He sent her a number from a person he knows and she told him the person didn't show up. He gave him another number and she call him she had a date schedule with him to stop by. And the first ******* stop by and did the yard because she got confused with the dates and thought he didn't show up. The ******* give here a quote for his service and she called the other ******* and told him that the first *************************** was charging here $40 and if he can beat that price. She kept asking ******* to change the timer date, she already hire a gardener and she could asked the gardener to do this but she wanted ******* to stop by and do it, ******* told her once she got a person to do the yard maintenance they will adjust it. But she kept wanting ******* to come and do it, ******* even had to FaceTime her and give her instructions on how to do it for the second time. Once sod is installed and the ****** set up we can't be responsible on how customers handle the schedule. If she had a problem with the time not turning on or have any problems with the installation ******* should have been there and fixed it. But she wanted him to go and change the date and time only, if she had called us we would be able to stop by and change it but she never called the company she kept texting him, at a certain point he got overwhelm and finally was able to tell us what was happening, if she needs us to stop by we can stop by at no fee but ofcoure it won't be *******. This is only as a courtesy to resolve this matter but this is not something that we do. If she would like to set up a date and time this is our direct contact information

      I am rejecting this response because:11/6/23.  ********, The BBB contacted me with your proposal to come and fix my lawn. You were dishonest in your response to the BBB~Better Business Bureau. You did not disclose that ******* is your husband. You did not provide a copy of ******* license, nor tell them you did not provide me with a contract. ******* said quoted an estimate of $850.00. ******* also said all the sprinklers heads were included in the price. We tipped  him, we also added the sprinkler system ***** ************ and the neighbors side ******. Then he kept adding more for sprinkler heads, that arent the correct ones for their location. The water is shooting to the sidewalk and garbage door! All this was told to me by the gardener he recommended. The gardener he recommended hardly showed up, was late & did not know how to program the sprinkler system your husband installed. ******* said He would follow up & come back and ADJUST THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM  so it would not ruin the lawn. HE DID NOT. Im not even going to address my dog, because that was a false statement! I want a partial refund so I can get the CORRECT sprinkler heads, and I want the ruined patches in my lawn fixed please. Thank you for your attention to this message.
