      Had my Taurus Elite Grill installed with several other components from Bull Outdoor Products this week. Jan 25th 2022. The searing device comes installed on the left side of the grill with 3 burners to the right. We called Bull customer support because when lighting that searing section, there was a large blowtorch like flame blowing out the left side of the chamber where the spark is located. First thing, customer service was very impolite. A simple how can i help you instead of me saying hello I have a question about a certain thing, there was no response from her. Just sat there until I asked if someone was there. I explained. Right away its a gasket problem, I said its brand new, just lit it up for the first time! IT happens she said. They have no one to come and fix anything, you have to or pay for someone to fix it, they will ship the part. Or call the people that you bought it from, maybe they will service it.THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO ASK ME WHAT SIDE THE SEARING UNIT IS ON. I SAID THE LEFT SIDE WITH THE 3 BURNERS TO THE RIGHT. HER RESPONSE:"THAT IS NOT CORRECT! IT BELONGS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OR IT WILL MELT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES THAT RUN ALONG THE LEFT SIDE." I said it came this way AND it's displayed at the Recreational Factory Warehouse like that. She said "It has to be moved to the right" I asked her why in the world would it be installed on the left from the factory then. " "Because it made in CHINA and that's how they assemble them You got to be kidding. There is nothing in the booklet even about the searing section! Let alone that you have to move it!!! I have not used the grill yet. but with a company like this and impolite customer service like that... that is the reason my son-in-law bought his grill made in the USA! My bad...

      Our warranty department reached out to ************** to go over his complaint. It seem he might have spoken to the dealer on this issue and not specifically us. All the issues where discussed and a service technician is going to his house on February 1st to diagnose the issue. We believe that there was miscommunication given to ************* and call with our agent cleared up those concerns and the issue should be rectified.
