One of the most terrible services I've received. When first calling to help assist with my father's passing, they told me it'll take 2 weeks before a funeral service can be held... So I called around and found a better place that would do the services and cremation the same day. Unfortunately, that funeral home doesn't do graveyard services for my fathers burial. So, I called Cherokee again since that's where everyone (the rest of my family) wanted my dad to be buried. I've had to reach out several times before I was able to get someone to help me out.... No one ever responds or calls me back when they said they will. Several weeks later, I'm the one that had to reach out. Eventually, I was able to book a graveside service for my father. Papers were signed and dates were confirmed. A week before the burial service, I called and tried to check and confirm the dates and time again to make sure everyone was on the same page. They only had the date documented but not the time. It's tough as it is trying to corral your entire family and friends, but on top of coordinating prayer services with the temple makes it near impossible. Timing had to be specific. For a funeral home that is supposed to help alleviate a lot of the stress during a trying time, they did not once try to follow up with me and made this more difficult than it should be. I've never had to coordinate a funeral before and they made me feel hopeless and alone. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
