Date of purchase 12/1/2022 I purchased the guitar for $300. At time of purchase was told if anything goes wrong with it and I can bring it back to have it fixed or replaced. I went to pick it up and the headstock broke off, the body rolled to the front and broke some k**** and popped out an inlay. I went back with it about two weeks after purchase and was told there is nothing they can do. I have never had a guitar just break this easy and it should just be a factory issue. Was refused any replacement or exchange or return.Business response

We are aware of ************************* complaint. He brought the guitar in with a broken headstock. This is a common consequence when the *************** style guitar is dropped. This is a quote from ********* guitar works referring to LP style guitars and head stock breaks. '' Besides being heavier than the average guitar, they also have a radical headstock angle, which is their weakest point so, if you drop or knock over one of these guitars on a hard surface, theres a good chance, almost guaranteed, that the headstock will break". In the almost five decades of operating this business, I have seen this break many times. ********************* described the picking up the guitar at the headstock and it simply came apart. Then the guitar fell forward breaking the three way switch and additionally dislodged a neck inlay. The guitar in question features a two piece neck. The pieces are joined at the "Scarf Joint" located three inches away. This break was right at the nut and not the scarf joint. In our opinion, this guitar had fallen and struck a hard surface. This action broke the neck. We did confer with the manufacture of the guitar. We explained the customer's complaint and asked if they were willing to offer a solution under the manufactures warranty. We are awaiting the final disposition.
