I just happened to stumble upon a video of a women giving birth in a waiting room and remembered my husband's experience at this terrible emergency room. My daughter was having a mental episode and was urged by police and school staff to take her here. My husband waited 8 hours (EIGHT). They kept telling him the psychiatrist was on call and they didn't know when he or she was gonna show up. When they finally got her in a room, he figures they were just appeasing him and asked to discharge her since they were both really hungry. The doctor on lead panicked, I suppose, and said he couldn't. My husband knows his rights and had to even talk to a security guard to get her discharged. He was finally able to leave. It would have been okay for it to end there BUT the next day the ********** of ****** and Health Services showed up at my HOME to interview my husband and myself. They went through our house, our bathrooms and pantries. It would've been a relief to end there. BUT! Later they sent me a $100 bill and charged my insurance company over $6000. When I called the hospital to complain, they opened up and investigation against themselves and found they did nothing wrong. I hope that doctor gets fired. I hope she keeps treating patients with MH issues like she did my daughter so she gets fired and I hope that power tripped security guard gets fired, too. Anyway, hope this helps someone. If you have MH issues, drive as far away as possible from this place.

I have been to my fair share of emergency departments across in an empire, and possibly even across the United States. This by far has been the worst experiences, yes, multiple experiences that I've had at this emergency department. Their mission statement, their goals, their values that they stayed in all the posters or a load of crap and all lies. The doctors that have served that only myself, but my daughter as well have been horrible care providers. From not listening to their patients needs not listening to the patient's requests or concerns to providing poor bedside manner to say the least. Today was the last straw. My daughter and I checked her my chart for her lab results and came across the most rude and offensive and incorrect documented notes in her chart. When I called, you have this corrected in speak with a supervisor I was transferred over and over and over back again to the operator and I have yet to have my issue corrected, or even acknowledged. I've lived in Loma Linda damn near my entire life and never have I ever experienced such poor quality service such poor quality medical care in my entirely lived life. I'm so disappointed with this hospital it makes me sick. I'm completely and oddly disgusted with the type of medical providers that are providing their patients. I think that people investing money in this place and I think that the patients investing time in this place and their doctors are wasting their time and wasting their money. Because all you're going to get is rude, careless, selfish, and inexperienced medical providers. It makes me sick on how these people are supposed to be taking oath to take care of their patients no matter what and the type of care of that comes out of this is . Facility is bullshit.
