I can't even get a call back from the nurses (Specifically ****** in the Nerological unit ) about if my grandma is going to die. I waited 5 hours before calling back!When doing that, I get told that they are "very busy". Yeah thats a load of bs. You're telling me she couldn't call for 5 minutes to say "You should come immediately or not" I literally told the lady before that I just needed to know directory info and if she'd be there and if I should come immediately. THATS ALL I WANTED TO KNOW. You'll let me come an visit but can't tell me if she'll be moved to Hospice by tomorrow. I guess if you're not paying they have a "go fk yourself policy".When calling back and explained my concern about not hearing back and the dude on the phone tells me to calm down when I was just being firm. Easy for you to hang up on people if you gaslight your callers. Then I'm told to go ask people I don't speak to. I can identify all our relatives by name and confirm personal details but apparently because I'm not on an emergency contact card I get the door. What sad life, my grandma is going to die in this s***** hospital surrounded by uncarring ********.They didn't treat me this way for a non-related family member at the *** hospital in Glendale and wern't quick to act defensive. What a freaking joke, there's no compasion and consideration from anyone in current times.

We have come to Loma linda for ER We were treated so poorly and unprofessionally. My son Is a spinal cord injury patient and a paraplegic. He was in severe pain. They didn’t offer an ice pack or tell him to elevate his leg or help him in anyway, they made him wait 3 1/2 hours for x-rays in severe pain. I will be filing a grievance against them and contacting an attorney

Loma Linda’s patient phone system is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Doctor and nurses tell you to call the main number where you sit on hold for half and hour and then get hung up on. There are not enough options on their automated system. If you don’t have an extension for the party you wish to speak with, you are out of luck. And, the party you wish to speak with doesn’t have an extension anyway.
