I am tired of DigitalSpace not taking responsibility for Gmail accounts being blocked. I have made so many support tickets on this issue and am getting the run around. They have an apparent good excuse; they cannot reproduce the issue, and they ask for additional blocked e-mails. However, if they would only look into their file, they would notice how many times I provided them examples. Plus each time I call, I received different excuses that seem relevant, but produces poor results. My webpage is kdepc.com. This repeatedly happens until DigitalSpace resets the particular e-mail; then it works, so do not tell me it is not on DigitalSpaces side! Currently, ********@kdepc.com's e-mail are being returned from Gmail accounts. I cannot keep spending time like this and the alternative is difficult and expensive, when they should be able to get help from AT&T!Initial Complaint

I am on the phone, on hold, and have been trying to reach the accounting department. Since 2 pm PST the recording states, they are closed and to call back a business day during business hours, however, their office hours on the site tell a different story: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm. On a previous call, I was able to reach technical support, however, even though I told the agent the accounting department was closed during operating hours, the agent sent me to accounting. This is not the first time, nor will it be the last. I am trying to close my company's account. I am on hold again for technical support. It has been over 30 minutes. This is a hostage crisis where we wind up paying for another month.
