      I have gotten a fecal tube to have it for any emergency for any of my pets, but it happened that in September 2023, I had the same issue as I just had this week, the clinics were not nearby and they had no other option to help me out when my pets got sick. The supervisor A***** wanted me to practice magic for my pet to get sick only on weekends. Which is ridiculous. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. A***** told me that all sales are final...which I wasn't told about it. I need my refund of the OP*****412 fecal tube or this place is truly a scam doing business in a wrong and inappropriate manner.

      Our company does not offer services for pets that are ill and would refer her to a full service vet for treatment. We are a mobile vet clinic that offers preventative care only. When confirming services we require every owner to sign a terms of service that states sales are final. I have attached the signature and the agreement signed by the owner in June of 2023.

      I am rejecting this response because: This business has credited other customers in the past for the same complain. The fecal tube needs to be out of circulation to avoid people being fooled and extortioner as they are doing with me by no accept the return of a product that doesn’t work, and wasn’t used. This company steels from customers like me.  I tried offering returning the unused tube to get my money back they rejected be abuse their purpose of business is amoral and unethical.

      January 8, 2023 Total bill was $112. We were there for vaccines for a new puppy because our regular vet clinic did not have appointment openings for several weeks. We were charged $21 for a Fecal Parasite test that we did not need or want because we had an appointment with out vet within the next month. They said to take the test tube anyways incase we decided to come back to the mobile clinic. We were then charged $21 for the test even though it would have been a month away. I contacted them with all the details and explained again that the only reason we were there was for vaccines and that we already had an appointment with our regular vet. I only wanted a refund for the $21 fecal test. We did not have that service done. They contacted their Rig Supervisor and denied my refund request. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and have not gotten a response or contact information. The bill does not have a Account# or Bill#. Only has my address and phone number which they used to look up my information.

      I have refunded the cost of the fecal parasite screening. This will return to the original form of payment in 7-10 business days. Please dispose of the test tube. We have changed the tube barcode on the pet visit to a "dummy" number, so results will not be returned to this pet parent if the tube is returned. For future visits, please review the services and charges prior to checkout, to avoid situations such as these. Thank you for visiting our clinic and allowing us to provide services to Teal.
