We are sorry that your experience with us had gone in this direction. Please understand that we were on top of getting this issue resolved the moment it was brought to our attention. On August 14th we made repairs to what we believed was the issue and were made aware of additional concerns. August 16th we received multiple bids for repairs to the mainline in and under your restroom. After receiving the bids for services on the mainline, it was approved on the 26th of August. On September 13th the work was done to replace the plumbing in its entirety. From September 13th to September 14th we purchased a hotel for you to stay in at no cost from you or your insurance. The unit was sanitized and remediated on 9/14. We hope that our efficient efforts to rectify the issue quickly has turned your experience around.
