      Warranty claim submitted over 2 months ago and keep getting told that the tv will be shipped the next business day. After speaking to multiple supervisors and being given different information every time. I still do not have the tv replacement or a refund.

      ****** developed problems with the display..contacted *** customer service and was told to send video original receipt and model number pic as I did then was told a tv would be in the mail .a tracking number would be sent tto my email address this has been goin on since July..l and get told another 3 weeks then I call another 2 weeks then I call and email and am told 2 more days .the another 2 days..all the time the same person that tells me he is a different person..LIES LIES LIES..I have hours trying to call waiting to connect and get hung up on 3 times before someone everytime...NO ONE IS PAYING ME FOR MY TIME...I DID NOTHING TO ANYONE ..WHY THIS TREATMENT?..REPLACE TODAY AS PROMISED!

      I had a marine radio from them I bought in March, it stopped functioning correctly in August. I paid to have it shipped for repair they said due to signs of corrosion it wasn't covered under warranty. It is a marine radio and they even falsely claim on their website that it has an anti corrosion coating. However they can not confirm the radio I purchased had this or not and refuse to do anything to help. I am just looking for a replacement radio as I have had to drill into my boat for the accessories to go with this model. It was in a protective and waterproof housing as well as installed to spec per the manual.

      i purchased a kenwood headunit (car stereo) from best buy it was higher end with kenwoods reputable name i figured i ws paying for quality.i did not purchase the aftermarket warranty because it had a factory warranty. being a electrician of 16 years and car systems being a hobby of mine i installed myself,no problem.i continued to install all the bells and whistles maestro unit which interfaced rear and side veiw cameras and a radar detector no problem. 4 months later it acted crazy touch screen different colors button doing wrong fuctions etc.then popped up unable to start system contact support.not being able to contact that late i pulled battery terminal and it started for five minutes and showed message again.when i contacted them they said i shouldnt have done that now we all know resetting is the go to for electronic troubleshooting.i felt they were trying to push neglagence on me immediately. they stated to claim warranty i had to mail in after four months of owning they wanted

      On April 13th I purchased a Kenwood DMX706S system off of Amazon for $399.99. Serial number: RXXXXXXX. Shortly after receiving it I had issues with the screen. For example, the screen would work periodically followed by times where the screen would not turn on, but the buttons on the bottom would light up strangely. I immediately sent the unit in to get serviced and was informed by FTH Group that "the unit has no defect" and was subsequently returned to me. Upon receiving the unit I installed the system into my car and was experiencing the same issue. We attempted installing the radio system on three different vehicles and even to a car battery alone. I placed a call to the JVCKENWOOD customer support and was told to "send it in again to FTH group"- which I will not do considering I purchased this over four months ago and have been without a radio system. I am very unsatisfied with the Kenwood company and the way I have been treated as a customer and as a military servicemember.
