      I recently visited this business for a paint job August 1, 2023. I delt with the owner, ****, on this job. My receipt stated that I would receive full body work, full color change, and a 2 stage paint job. Upon receiving my car back from **** my windows, wheels, and parts of my car were completely over sprayed and not painted correctly at all. I brought my car back to have these issues fixed and had my vehicle returned to me with more damage. A week later my paint begins to chip all around the car and peel due to improper paint preparations. I contacted **** for a refund for my paint issues and she agreed to compensate me. However, in between days I received a threatening text from ****'s husband upon coming to get my refund. I have photos, videos, text messages, and testimonials to prove that this business is a hazard to the community. ****'s employees need to be drug tested and the paint facility needs to be inspected because it's clearly not up to code. **** had the option to refuse me as a client but agreed that she would be able to paint my car correctly and completely negated all the services she listed on my receipt. She operates this business completely careless by threatening customers due to their incomplete work. I asked **** before I dropped my car off will I be able to pay with my card and she told me no. I later go online to see that she does accept card payments and just chose not to accept my card for whatever reason she has. There is no way this place should be in business doing this to people in the community. They need to be stopped or shut down immediately.

      On 8/1/23 A previous customer by the name of ************************* brought Mr. ************************* into color king *********************** At that time we came to an agreement for a discounted service due my client ***** bringing in members of a car club that attends events to Hop the cars for trophy's. We have always had a good standing with the car club. While ****************** was present the new customer was told to remove any parts, he did not want any over spray on. This discounted price did not include us removing parts. We did explain this a few times. 
      At the time **************** arrived to pick up the vehicle he arrived with his mother. They did a full walk around and inspection of the vehicle. To the satisfaction of not only the client but the client's mother. The cars paint job was to the client's satisfaction and the car was paid for. He was very grateful for the extra work we did to the vehicle and the client was not charged.  At the time the vehicle was dropped off our credit card machine was not working. **************** was aware and agreed to a cash payment.  when clients pick up a painted vehicle, we explain fresh paint needs to set and not be washed with any chemicals for a whole month. This is a normal process with any painting. we also cannot be held responsible for any damages to occur to a bouncing vehicle. Which causes the paint to crack at the seams. It would only be logical.  
      **** was contacted 13 days after with complaints of the vehicle. At that time **************** was called so we can fix any issues. As I said prior to this new member of the car club joining We never had any issues and would fix and work with this client. During that conversation **************** was extremely loud rude and disrespectful. He was not only threatening to the point of a woman who I don't know was telling him to stop talking like that. Took the phone and had a discussion with *********  Our clients always come first, and we want them satisfied. An agreement was made that partial payment would be refunded due to the violence in this call. It would be best to not have a violent man returning to the shop. It was very unexpected to hear such violence for a customer who was so satisfied with the work provided.  At the time **************** came for the agreed amount. The man showed up with 2 additional males and a female. It was a very aggressive situation. We did not feel comfortable as the woman was trying to fight us and the man was yelling and screaming. We agreed to this refunded amount so the violence would calm down. The other business came outside to see if we were all ok since the people were so loud.  This is a place of business and we do not appreciate this kind of negative interaction.
