Just like everyone else here got charged for ***** and ashes in a car that were there prior. Have video. Unfortunately, they continue to charge customers over and over for the prior damage. They then try to dispute it with the same pictures you had prior.Im starting a class action lawsuitBusiness response

The rental contract clearly states that NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ALL VEHICLES, UP TO $600 CLEANING FEE FOR SMOKING MAY APPLY. ****** acknowledged and agreed to the terms and conditions by signing the rental agreement on 11/23/2022. ****** returned the vehicle with strong smoking smell and traces inside the vehicle. Therefore, $600 smoking fee was added to the invoice.
The rental contract clearly states that Up to a $250 Cleaning fee will be added if the car is not returned in the same clean condition. ****** returned the vehicle with lots of animal/pet hair all over the vehicle,especially on the rear seats. Therefore, we added $200 cleaning fee to the invoice.
Our agent already explained the charges to customer with photos.

Allied Rental car business took $250 as deposit while taking the car. They are supposed to charge me $669 and plus $250 which I was supposed to get back. But they did not refund $250. They charged me a total of $843.54 which is way higher than what is informed at the time of renting the vehicle. None of our family do not smoke at all and we had returned car on time on the evening of 7/2/2022. There is no one to attend the car as they are understaffed. They asked me to leave the car and carry on and they will charge only the amount promised which is $669. But they charged for extra day. I notice that several other customers are also had similar issues with this company. They do not answer the calls properly and hang up in the middle of the call and does not respond properly. I want to make sure that this overcharging should be penalized and they need to be more polite to the customers.Business response
