      I ordered replacement Printer Ink from LD Products. After a few days without a confirmation of delivery, I contacted LD Products. They told me my order was delayed 1 to 2 weeks. I requested a cancellation, which they confirmed (see email below)."To confirm your issue has been resolved, here's a recap of what was done: You were advised byJessica that the order is back ordered for about 1-2 weeks and then you spoke to ***** yesterday to cancel the order. We have forwarded your request to the warehouse and kindly ask for your patience, as it may take up to 5-9 business days for the cancellation and refund to be processed back to your original form of payment."Six days later, LD Products shipped my cancelled order. I requested a refund and a return shipping label, but they refused to provide one.

      Received my ink cartridge 3 weeks late. The Fed Ex box was practically destroyed as was the cartridge box it contained. Sent numerous emails and made many phone calls to customer service. I was told eventually to mail the product back for a refund. After doing so I am now told a refund was issued. I NEVER received any refund (after 3weeks) and now told the problem was escalated to a higher department. It is now over 2 months. **********************

      Too bad we cannot leave a minus rating! Company used to be fine - ordered ink without incident for several years. Then this year, ordered ink July 10, 2024. Called in August 2X, told the same thing: warehouse ran out, order sent to another, order would be expedited, I would get an email when shipped. Nothing. In meantime, I had ordered (wrong) toner cartridges for my food pantry where I volunteer in August 2023. Couldn't connect with customer service so simply returned them to a **********, ** address in May 2024. **** returned them in July 2024! Then I connected with customer service and discovered I should have mailed them back to *******, ** (which I did) and that I would get store credit. Tracking said received 8/5/2024.I heard nothing from the company and, on August 15, mailed a letter to ***** ****, presumed CEO of LD products at the *********** address. I wanted a refund for the ink ($54.25), said he could keep his store credit, and I was done doing business with his company. On August 16, I received a partial delivery of the ink cartridges. They were marked from ******** and "use before May 2024." Sent them back 8/17 to the address on the package, a "Cartridge Warehouse" in ** stating they were useless, send nothing further, I will not send anything else back. ***, all these mailings cost me about $80.On August 23, I got an email from customer service in response to my August 15 letter to the CEO. We went back and forth by email that day. Company's last response before I stopped communicating started with: "We truly apologize for the inconvenience regarding this matter. Were proud that youve selected us as your *********** provider, and we would like the opportunity to keep you as a satisfied customer. We greatly appreciate any feedback and are always striving to give our customers the best possible service."UNBELIEVABLE!!

      On 7-16-2024 I placed an order with ink cartridges.com for one black and one color cartridge for the total of $50.71. Several days passed and I had not received confirmation that the order had been shipped and I contacted customer service by email and asked to cancel order. I was contacted back and advised that the order could not be canceled and that the order went to another warehouse. Several days passed and I received one of the ink cartridges. I contacted customer service and advised them of the situation and was later contacted by customer services and received a tracking number for the second cartridge. I then checked my checking account and found that I was charged $50.71 on 7-22-2024 for a second order that I did not -place and they have refused to credit my account for the second order. I have not received the second ink cartridge from the original order.Thank you for your time and effort in resolving his complaint.

      Over 2-1/2 months and my full order has yet to arrive. I ordered several ink cartridges and only received half of my order after about a month following my first e-mail to them. I ordered on May 4, 2024. Today it's July 20 and still none of the remainder have arrived. My second email to them resulted in a sugary form-letter email reply. My phone call to the number on their site resulted in a no-longer-in-service recording. They do not inform you during your ordering process that they are back ordered. They also do not inform you at any time afterwards that there is a problem. Not until you send them a message.

      The last 5 or 6 orders have been horrible. The time it takes to get your ink is ridiculous. When my order travels for 7 or 8 days and sees more of the country than me, its pathetic. They call it ********** not sure where they get that from. I order ink that is IN STOCK but its on backorder somehow. LD Ink has gone down hill that is for sure. My current order was placed on June 10th, it is now July 8th and my IN STOCK ink still hasnt arrived. I received an email stating my order shipped, followed by an email saying my items were on backorder, how is that possible. I also checked my CC and low and behold they charged my card. When I call, all I get is being put on hold waiting, till it finally makes me leave a message. Even then they dont call you back. LD your customers deserver better. GET YOUR COMPANY IN ORDER.

      I should've read the reviews. This company employs several deceptive and unscrupulous business practices coupled with horrible customer service.I purchased a set of ink cartages for my printer. A week into the order timeframe, after realizing I was never notified of shipping info, or a delay. As others have noted here, when I contacted them, I was told "It is on back order, expect shipping in 1-2 weeks ***** That time frame came and went, no communication, nothing. So I contacted them again, Same message, different day. At that time I was told that my issue had been escalated, and I should expect a call back in 10 mins. No surprise that did not happen. A few days later I called again, same response indicating a call back shortly. Different day same "non-result". As others have said, The website continually noted as "In Stock". I referenced that and said if in stock just ship it!. They said that was a glitch and it would be fixed. Never happened. It still shows as In Stock. Through some online research I found contact info for the President, emailed him and was told I would be contacted soon as their **************** head is ccd. I really thought I was gaining traction, only to find that the deplorable customer service appears to be a Company wide culture. This entire process was no less than 3 phone calls and ~ 5 emails. I guess I should've understood, as "doing the same thing and expecting a different result..." IS INSANITY!Funny how they boast a A+ BBB rating? But here it shows an F.My advice is run fast and as far as you can from this Company.

      On May 29, 2024 I ordered a set of 5 ink cartridges for my canon printer. Within a week I received two separate shipments. One shipment had two cartridges, one black and one magenta. The second shipment had two cartridges, one black and one yellow. I never received the cyan cartridge. I placed a phone call and reported the shortage and was assured the cyan cartridge would be sent out. It never was and now their email address rejects all of my efforts to contact. This is the second time they have short shipped to me but the first time they have ignored the issue. There will not be another order and I suggest you look elsewhere for your ink and toner needs.Good bye LD Products....********

      Deceptive money back guarantee. Reviews are submitted through their website where they are deleting negative reviews. Don't trust the ****** review ratings as they are manipulated. Please be advised that they make you pay for the return of defective products. They will also not respond via email. Tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with them and zero response.

      They list products as in stock when they are actually on back order. I ordered a black toner cartridge 9 days ago, I actually forgot the order until looking through my email and noticed that it has been over a week with no tracking update. Called them and was told on back order despite my looking at the site while on the phone and the site states in stock. This company in my opinion nothing but a bunch of scam artists and what makes it worse is that they show no remorse for conning, lying and deceiving customers. If you find yourself in this situation dont call them to cancel the order, contact your CC company to submit a dispute which will cost them a fee.
