I ordered an two items from this company when I got them they did not look like the picture so I asked for a reimbursement and they do not want to give it to me or provide me with an address to return both unused items. I provided all the information pictures and receipt.Initial Complaint

We are sorry to have to report a new known scammer CCMOM. The photo will be of a sweater with a cute formed appliqu and ribbing and stitch patterns. Or cute colored jeans with sewn patches. A polyester blend low quality shirt is shipped with the online sweater photo printed on top. The denim is the same. They are not denim or sewn appliqu as shown. Is cheap fabric with a printed photo of an appliqu. The return policy is stated as FREE return or exchange in 30 days. It is not free. They first offered to refund 40% and we keep the items. Then they offered to refund 60% and we keep the items. We told them no, these wont last a wash or two with out getting all those little fizz ***** on them. Now they wont send a label to return the items, and they still havent ever fulfilled the entire order!!!! One item was out of stock so it just wasnt shipped and we paid for it. ***** far clear of this seller! They are located in *****. They will not send you a return label. And they know the clothes arent what they are advertising. We have received better quality from Wish and Temu for Petes sake!Initial Complaint

I ordered a jacket. And they sent me a cheap shirt. I contacted them and complained. I contacted them again and see that they blocked my email. This company is a scam. I want the jacket that I ordered or a full refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from CCMOM And it was never sent. I contacted them with the concern twice. They said they would issue the refund on 12/4/23, but they still havent sent it. I tried to reach out again about the refund and I was blocked.
