Ordered Embraer 175 model in American Eagle/Envoy Air colors on 23APR2023.$368.10 WASTED. No model.No response to multiple emails.Where is my model?**********

Ordered a ******* in April of 2023. Not a custom order. Website says **** business days for "in stock" items. I was told by ***, through an email exchanges today, that they do not keep regular stock of everything. The website states that anything ordered will be placed on back order and you'll wait. I heard nothing from them until I reached out in June of 2023, at which time I received a very **** response notifying me that the model was out of stock and on back order. On August 29, 2023 I filled out information on the company's contact us page and asked to be called. Their "contact us" page asks for name, email, and phone along with a description of why. This company will not call you for any reason. They are wasting your time by asking for a phone number. As of the writing of this review they have been very good about not having any phone number listed that is operational. I exchanged 3 emails with Mac, over the course of an afternoon, and subsequently had my order cancelled by scalecraft and am now waiting on my refund. I did not wish this. The company found my order and stated that they repeatedly tried keeping me updated about their lackluster shipping and receiving habits, but that the emails kept getting sent back. They stated that the email was "probably not entered correctly on the order". Basically stating its the customer's fault. After I made them aware that I received a response from them in June about this very same issue, I received a response that they have canceled my order and that I would be refunded. My mistake was not doing any research on the company before ordering a $400 piece of wood from them. This business will dismiss customers that try keeping them honest about their claims. Give yourself a year if making a purchase from Scalecraft Models. Horrendous customer service. You will be mislead, by arrogant sales staff, if you inquire about your, otherwise, straightforward purchase of a piece of wood mounted crooked on a tin stand.

Very nasty experience with Salescraft. Firstly, their shipping fee for overseas overseas orders is far more than other companys fees and as per the review below dated 04/25/23 the customer that wrote the review has also not received his item.My item not has arrived despite being advised that it would be delivered within 6 to 10 business days and on 06/18/23 I was advised that it would be delivered by 9pm on 06/20/23. It was not delivered. I have contacted Salescraft numerous times asking for their assistance to investigate with the courier where the package is but have had either no response or an arrogant response telling me to investigate myself. After receiving the money they are not interested and have zero commitment to customer satisfaction.Stay away from this company. I ordered a similar product from another model shop in ******* and paid shipping costs of $70.69 as opposed to $132.81 with Scalecraft and the item arrived on time as per the purchase agreement and they were professional in responding to queries I had.

I have ordered one "Cesna 150" on January 31, 2022 from Scalecraft Models. I haven't received it Yet.
