Although myself and Chase Merchant ******** each had interactions with ********** regarding the cancellation of their service, it took many attempts and nearly 2 months (normally a few days) to get ********** to finally release the needed document/information necessary to transfer credit card processing to ****** **** of omission and a specific E-commerce in-house form, of which I was never informed of, was later told to me I needed to ****** to officially cancel service. This along with not being *** compliant was the excuse for newly disguised and ongoing service charges for no service that was being automatically debited from our bank account. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/08) */ Contact Name and Title: *** ***** Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: *********************** We had no correspondence with ***** from ****** until he called on ******* upset that he was still being billed for this service. **** helped him become PCI compliant, to minimize the non compliance billing, and requested the maximum three months billing refund he was allowed. ***** then showed up the next day ****** at our office and told *** that Chase made him an offer to move to them and were supposed to contact us to cancel his services which we have no notes or e-mail correspondence of having received. Additionally we only allow closure with signed request from the account holder for their security. *** proceeded to help *** close his account ****** and there has and will not be any billing after ********
