***** and *************************** are ****** and run a dermatology practice that leaves much to be desired. *****, the face of the operation, offers patients nothing beyond the most basic skin examinations making it hard to believe her expertise in the field. It's as if she's merely going through the motions, providing patients with superficial assessments that lack any real depth or care. The real mastermind behind this operation seems to be ***************************, *****'s husband. He operates behind the scenes, invisible to patients, and it appears he's more interested in maximizing their billing rather than ensuring patients receive the care they need. It's clear to me that he prioritizes profits over patient well-being.The numerous negative reviews I've encountered about this office are indeed reflective of my own experiences. The lack of genuine care and the questionable billing practices make it one of the most disappointing healthcare establishments I've encountered in all of ***********.Business response

********************* *********************** is not nor has ever been a patient of our practice. We have no record of providing any treatment or service to this person. It appears that this may be a fraudster. If we have the wrong name or email please accept our apologies. But ****************** is a graduate of the best Ivy League schools in the country (Brown and ******************). She is a board-certified dermatologist. This comments seem to only seek to disparage without any other end desired. I am not sure of the vetting that is done by BBB prior to issuing comments but this one appears to be suspect.Initial Complaint

I had an office visit with a doctor at City of ****** *********** on 06/30/2022. I found their office because they indicated online that they accept my insurance. I called their office to confirm explicitly that they do in fact accept my insurance ******************* and they confirmed that they did. Four months after my appointment, I received a bill from them for ***** I called my insurance company, who told me that this was because they are out of network with ***************** I then had a three-way call between City of ****** *********** and ***************** in which the representative from City of ****** *********** stated that they are in-network with ***************** however, **************** confirmed that this is incorrect, and they are not contracted with **************** at all. On the call, the representative from City of ****** *********** acknowledged that they incorrectly told me they accept ***************** when it fact they do not, and that they would contact me in 1-2 days about how to resolve my bill. It had now been several weeks since this call, and I haven't heard anything from them. I have been calling and emailing them repeatedly, and they are ignoring all of my efforts to get in touch. Worse, they have been sending me notices and reminders about the bill. I am left without any way to contact the doctor's office, as they are completely ignoring me, and want to make sure this is resolved so it doesn't affect my credit.
