I placed 2 orders from this company.and have never received the shirts. The 2nd order was to take the place of the first one. When the 2nd one didn't come..they reordered my items ..but even this last order seems stuck in **********. I think they are fraudulent. Would like the shirt or shirts I ordered..as opposed to a refund..the 2nd order # was *******..and the last order #*******.Business response

Hi *****, your original order 4911698 was marked delivered by ***** As a courtesy, we offered a replacement order 4985111 which is set to be delivered on 8/24 per **** tracking: **************************************************************************************
Please note that we did fulfill and ship the original order, **** marked it as delivered which means that if you could not locate it- the order either was stolen or misdelivered by ***** Our company is not at fault for **** misdelivery, however we did send another order out at our expense as a courtesy. We appreciate your understanding.

Over a month ago i joined a ********* monthly t shirt order website and I placed my 1st order with this company and they never shipped my items. They have charged my card twice now. Once for the items ($35ish) and again this month ($9.95) after they confirmed my cancelation last month and said they canceled my subscription.I emailed them multiple times trying to get some sort of ipdate and they were always short and would avoid my questions. They refunded the first order when I told them I was going to report them because after it had been 12 days and no shipping conformation. Now they have charged me $9.95 again for a subscription they said was canceled. Someone is communicating with me through the support but they aren't being helpful. Giving vague responses. I've told them that I will reporting them as fraud to the BBB.I will be reporting them to my bank as well.There isn't a phone to contact this company also.Business response

We have refunded the $9.95 membership charge for order 4672615 and can confirm the subscription was cancelled. Please note, that we received an email from ****************************** and the email the membership is linked to is **************************. Hi ********, can you please provide your order numbers? Our last order we have from you was placed on 6/30/23. On March 19, 2024 I ordered T-shirts from the Love in Faith company using a link provided on ********* I ordered 4 shirts for a total of $60.00. I paid for my order with a pre-paid Mastercard gift card. I never received my shirts and I cannot find ANY information regarding my order because the confirmation email that was sent to me contains an invalid link to provide any tracking info or other info regarding the status of my order. The order number that I was given in my confirmation email is #*******.Business response

Have tried several times to contact love in faith to cancel subscription. Tried resetting password to cancel subscription on my account ********************** doesnt send email they did send email to check my orders but didnt let me into account to cancel. The date of the transaction was October 30, 2023. We ordered 6 shirts from them and no shirts. I have been in contact with them via email several times and I get nothing but the run around. They say they don't have phone service. We have ordered from them before and had no issues. We spent $ ***** on our order this time.
