On 1/20/24 I purchased for $99.95 a service called "PIXEL REPAIR SERVICE". This is a service where you ship your car part to German Audio Tech and they do a repair on the car part and return the part. My car part was delivered to the company on 1/24/24. When shipping the part to German Audio Tech there is a "repair form" the customer fills out and ships with the car part. In the "special notes" box of their repair form I listed my phone # and stated to contact me prior if any additional repairs are required other than the standard pixel repair service purchased.On 1/30/24 I contacted German Audio Tech via email and requested a status of my order. They replied for me to provide the tracking number so I provided it. This is when they started ignoring my email and never replied again. On 2/1/24 I contacted German Audio Tech via **** messages for a status of my order and the company replied "We already repaired and returned this". So I attempted 3 times to request a tracking # from the company and this is when they started ignoring my **** messages and never replied again. On 2/01/24 German Audio Tech sends me an invoice and picture of my car part still at their shop for $49.95 via PayPal for additional repairs. They did not in fact "repair and return" my car part like they previously stated. Purposely being deceitful and falsifying information. On 2/02/24 I advised German Audio Tech via PayPal dispute that I do not approve the additional repairs to be performed and requested that my car part be returned to its original condition when it arrived and to ship my property back to me. The company stated "Please pay invoice for additional parts / labor so we can return repaired item back." There is no contract where they have the authority to force "additional" repairs or else they wont return property. I had previously stated in writing to them to contact me for any additional repairs and they did not contact me.Company is committing fraud and extortion.
