Hello my name is ************, in November 4th , I was scammed into contract by representative of Hydrafacial LLC. She advertised device that does facial cleaning. I was told in written (have all sms from representative in writing all proof) that this company has certain prices that everyone has to have certain prices not below for 3 procedures (signature $150 for procedure, delux $ 280, Platinum $320)for one procedure, companies representative said that they will do advertisment and marketing and most important they control market prices, that none can provide these services for lower prices. They said that this device will bring us at least ***** client per week.So I signed contract with them to finance device ( total 40k), After one months, I realized that they lied, prices on grupon for such services as low as 55$, ( serums for such procedures cost $550 for 3 procedures) there is no help from representative ,there is no way we can provide services for $ 55 and buy supply for $550. In two months we didn't have one client, not even call.I was scamed at the highest level, for the device that cost total $40k, to provide service $55 for $550 in supplies.After 30 days I reached out and asked return device, they rejected, they said I cant return device. I would need to pay 14k If i return, but they added since they delivered they will not take it.Now has passed another month and I still can't return device, and I dont think is fair for me to finance this device. Representative didn't call me for 3 months, until today when I said that I will go legal way. Please help me to return this device. Please help with any suggestion, does this contract applies to ***?
