I contacted the customer service dept of this comapny on 07/17/2022 via their website contact is link. I received a phone call and email in response to on 07/19/2022 stating my message was forwarded to the district manager of my local store and I will be contacted; I was given reference # XXXXXXX. I called customer service back on 07/20/2022 and was told an email message will be sent again to the district manager to contact me for resolution and I will be called back later that day to be given an update. No call on 07/19 nor 07/20. I called customer service again on 07/21/2022 and was told once again a message will be sent to the district manager of my local store and that he/she will call me. As of today, I have not been contacted and I am very displeased with the service I have received at the store on 07/17/2022 by the cashier who lied and said the company does not offer price adjustments and again by the lack of response I am receiving to several messages being sent to this "district manager" who either does not check his messages or does not care to be bothered with doing their job and resolving this matter.
