            On July 17th, 2021 I ordered a pool cleaner for my pool from ********** decided it was going to take to long to get it, and bought one from ******* a nicer better one so I emailed GrowSimpli to not ship on the 19th of July, and on July 20th I ask about my refund with no response. I need to look at my bank statement but I paid 80.00 with 10.00 of that for ******** ******* Then on July 21st they emailed me that it was on the way so then on the 22nd I emailed I guess I will keep it and have 2 pool cleaners then a couple days after I received it I tried it out in my pool and the part my hose connected to this screw came out in pool somewhere which I can't find that connected this plastic piece to the cleaner so I emailed them on July 30th it was broke and I have called them several times with no reply, and no one answers the phone. Thats not the way to do business. I emailed them before it was sent out that I didn't want it and 2 give me a refund. The order no. Is *****
