I had signed up for a membership for Crunch at this location where I was enrolled for an initial charge of $10 and a prorated annual fee of $20 dollars. In the Disclosures and agreement its states that I am allowed to cancel prior to the first 60 days to avoid a charge of an annual club fee of $50 plus an extra $20 a month fee per month. The contract clearly states that I have the right to cancel. The main issue here is that I tried for over a month to cancel this membership but every time I went over to cancel there was never a manager on site to cancel. I work next door so I would go multiple times a day to try to cancel; no manager was ever on site which is needed to do so. THIS IS FRAUD. They abused of their policy and make sure no one is attended too in order to collect all club fees. Essentially I was charged twice for a membership ship fee with the prorated charges and second month annual fees even if I tried cancelling ahead of time. I was charged around $100 dollars in total.
