In Aug 2023 I had a zoom live call and phone call with RocketOffer. I wanted to start business in real estate and wholesale properties. After researching a company that would provide a service of expertise and experience to help me after establishing my new LLC. RocketOffr provided a system promised to provide info, support, buyers for properties and underwriting services that would help me to make a profit. I was told verbally on the call prior to paying $5,000, that I would make my initial investment money back with in 6 months if not I would get my money back guarantee. ********** made this guarantee and assured me, that is the only reason I decided to pay them $5,000. After getting clarification during our discussion about this guarantee I made the decision to make the payment. After paying $5,000 I had to complete modules, had access to a portal, had to attend weekly live calls. I followed all the information that had been provided to me during the course of 6 Months. After 6 Months of consistent work, I exerted hours of calling, emailing, entering and submitting important data to their buyers and in all that time and had not seen any profit to all the work I was doing. It got to be 6 months and I did not make a single dollar back. After emailing the owner multiple times and deciding to ask for my money back guarantee. He and his partners returned my email denying a guarantee and did not stay true to their word. The outcome was that they will not be providing my money back. They offered to pay me $1,000 of the $5,000 as a curtesy and that was all they can do. I denied, tried to continue to find properties for them because I wanted my $5,000 back. After another month I couldn't continue to work any longer. I should be getting the entire $5,000 back as agreed to not just $1,000 I had accepted them to pay me June/July **************************************************************** any of ********** services. I want all my money back from the guarantee please.
