      Super Nova 2.0 Good chair, horrible customer service. Remote goes down barely a month in. Should be a relatively painless ship and swap. Yet Human touch will not respond to us or the distributors who sold the chair. When that kind of money is spent a certain level of competence and professionalism should is expected.

      I understand your frustration with the difficulties you encountered while trying to get a new remote for your chair. You are right;resolving such an issue shouldn't require extensive communication. However, I am puzzled because the service we provided seems to differ from what you described.

      On May 7th, when we were notified of your need for a new remote, our service team immediately processed a sales order at no cost to expedite the remote to you. According to our records, there was minimal back-and-forth communication, which suggests that the process was handled efficiently.

      I also discovered that our communications were sent to your wife's email address, not yours, which might have led to some confusion.

      From what I can see, your issue was promptly addressed, and actions were taken quickly to resolve it. If there is anything else unresolved or if you need further assistance, I am more than willing to look into it to ensure you are satisfied with our service.

      I purchased this item, of course it had burned after six months. I honestly have good experience with their customer service. of course they asked me to prove the system had been burned and make sure I am cheating or lying. I believe this is normal. they answered my emails and after twenty days they sent me a brand new one. I don't know , maybe because I did not stuck between the phone calls with their customer service. but in general I did have a positive result. I am Real person not computer

      Sorry, my review is too long to put here. Horrible customer service from ********************** and I believe the franchise owner purposely tried to damage my credit report, when I contacted the *** thru LinkedIn about what he had done.

      We got our PC-610 Perfect Chair, recommended by our fitness coach, in 2022 from Relax the Back, ********** **. This chair allows you to be comfortable in virtually any position that you desire. We recuperated from foot fusion and meniscectomy, and the chair dramatically reduced pain and swelling, keeping feet and knees above our hearts. Our chair has heat, which we found helpful. The chair had heavy use and no difficulty until the beginning of **** when we had intermittent problems moving the back and then eventually also moving the feet. We called Relax the Back who referred us to the customer care division at **********************. We had registered our chair and it was still in warranty. The person I spoke with at Human Touch had me do simple diagnostic tests on the chair, and then concluded the chair would need to be repaired under warranty. They shipped parts for the repair to us and told us to call when we had them. It took about a week and 1/2 for parts to arrive. When I called again, they had a file on us, and scheduled a technician to come out about a month later to do the repair. The technician was polite, competent, and did a complete replacement of all the electronics, wiring, and the sliding mechanism that positions the chair. Basically, everything was replaced except for the wood, upholstery, and power cord. The chair functions like new and we are completely satisfied with the service. The people that we spoke with at Relax the Back, and Human Touch, and the technician that came were all pleasant, helpful, and did an excellent job. Based on our experience, we recommend this chair to anyone who has back or orthopedic problems that are going to require lying and sleeping in comfortable positions with part of your body elevated. This chair is expensive, but you get what you pay for, and I don't know how we could have gone through these surgeries and had a speedy and good quality recovery without using this chair.

      Human Touch has been very fair with me. The rollers wore through the fabric on my chair. My chair was still under warranty but the model was no longer available. They are sending me a new upgraded chair as a replacement.

      In the bigging it was difficult to be able to get the response I initially expected. Obviously there was an issue I wasn't aware of or able to understand. In the end it seems that a clerical error was blocking the information I needed. I'm satisfied the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and possibly helped the company regarding the clerical malfunction.

      Have Zero G 4.0 Chair. Vinyl is peeling off headrest and seat cushion. I Called Human touch **************** to get name of manufacturer of vinyl material so we could try to match and have those pieces reupholstered. Initially the representative was very nice and said she would see if replacement cushion and headrest were available. As it turns out they were not. I then asked if they could share the name of the material manufacturer. The representative said she could not...and I asked if she could check with a manager. Her response was they were in a meeting, and I requested a call back from that person. Never got a return call back. I tried to remove the cushion but there was a harness with electrical wires running through it with no apparent way to unattach. I called two local stores who also could not help, and one suggested I got to their website and start a warranty claim and perhaps they could help. I took their advice, documented everything with purchase dates, serial numbers, etc. The response I got did not address my concerns.It would seem they would be happy to provide the information I needed, but they seem to prefer having a dissatisfied customer and provide NO ****************. There are no directions or diagrams as to how to remove the harness...the fact they would not share the manufacturer of the vinyl so we could try to match the fabric is ridiculous. We know the chair is out of Warranty, but one would think they would try to accommodate a customer who spent over $3200 for the chair.

      Purchased a Accutouch 6.0 massage chair via ******* When chair was still under warranty the feet massage mechanism broke. I had to pay $500 shipping cost for the replacement. Then less than 5 years later the upholstery (faux leather) on the chair just started breaking down and just flaking off everywhere. Very disappointed that Human Touch, LLC would use such CHEAP material for an expensive massage chair. I called the customer service and they chalked it up to wear and tear. How is there wear and tear on places where there is no usual human touch? Will NOT recommend to anyone and NOT buy Human Touch massage chair product again!

      It appears that you purchased a chair from us in 2013, and you contacted us in 2017 about problems with the chair. At that time, we provided you with a replacement chair, and you agreed to pay for shipping. As is common in our industry, the warranty for the replacement chair expired in 2018 because it was predicated on the original warranty. Since the original purchase was made over a decade ago and the replacement chair is now over six years old, there are few options available. Regarding the nature of the material, we use softhyde rather than "faux leather," another prevalent material in the industry that enables the chair to provide a comfortable feel when receiving a massage.  

      We recognize that this may not be the resolution you had hoped for, but we wanted to provide you with a thorough explanation of the situation. If you need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We sincerely desire to assist you and will make every effort to do so.

      Horrible customer support. Reflex Sol broke after 3 months. They offered to ship me a new one for $90 even though it is still under warranty. I have never had a company ask me to pay for shipping on a product that was defective and still under warranty. On top of this, it's near impossible to reach anyone there via phone or the chat "live" support. Phone number is saying that they are too busy to accept any new calls and refers you to the website.
